The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects overall employment of advertising, promotions and marketing managers to grow 6% from 2022 to 2032, faster than the average for all occupations, with about 34,000 job openings each year, on average, over this decade.3 This growth is projected on a national level and local growth will vary by location.
